Rum is the spirit of choice for this year’s Cocktail Competition.
On December 7th numerous bartenders, bar pros + cocktail connoisseurs will concoct their best rum drinks for our panel of judges. Join us to meet our four finalists as they present their one-of-a-kind, rum-centric cocktails. More details will be announced and we can guarantee it will be a holly jolly good time.
In addition to industry bragging rights, a trip to NYC, and having their rum recipe featured online at Imbibe.com, the winning mixologist mastermind and their custom rum cocktail will be featured exclusively at the festival’s kick-off event, Opening Night: Rooted in Charleston, Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Additionally, all final four mixologists will be shaking, stirring and serving up their libations at What The Pho?, Saturday, March 4, 2017.
