Chef Rodney Ashley will be participating in the Chef Demo at 10:00 a.m., preparing a delicious dish of whipped Decimal Place Farm’s artisanal chevre cheese – paired with dehydrated vidalia onion, heavy cream and sea salt on artisanal bread, topped with Fairywood Thicket Preserves.
Chef Thomas McKeown will be participating in the Chef Pop Up throughout the duration of the market, whipping up his famous Grit Bowls complete with a variety of toppings for you to choose from.
