We are the Atlanta Int’l Night Market, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing people together under the night sky for a celebration of culture, community, & international cuisine. With a projected attendance of over 50,000 people from Atlanta and neighboring states, this family-friendly 3-day event celebrates diversity, culture, cuisine, and community. Kicking off on April 21st at Gwinnett Place Mall, Duluth, GA the AINM is a large, family-friendly, open-air night market featuring 200+ independent vendors selling art, food, and drink, and featuring music and cultural performances on multiple stages, all celebrating the rich cultural diversity and the heritage of Atlanta. CONCEPT: Traditional to outdoor markets popular throughout Asia and Europe, the Night Market is a colossal social event where food, retail, and community vendors offer a cornucopia of fresh, local street foods, arts & crafts, and other culturally-relevant fares. In partnership with a large number of international & local communities and organizations, the Atlanta International Night Market was born in order to give performers, chefs, artists, makers, non-profit organizations and local businesses a platform from which to showcase their remarkable talents, skills, and craftsmanship. With more than 75 nationalities represented in Metro Atlanta coming together at the AINM, this event showcases one of the greatest international communities in the world making this a truly historic world-class event!
MISSION: The mission of the AINM is to provide a place where people from all nations can enrich their lives through experience with food, performances, games and the visual arts to nourish and delight the mind and spirit while celebrating diversity and community.
VILLAGES: To ensure an exciting, unique, fun and educational event for all, the 3-day Night Market is arranged in a series of unique “Villages”. Inside the Night Market you will find the following Villages:
Artist Village is a juried art festival inside the Night Market featuring unique, handmade arts and crafts from international artists.
The Kid-Zone Village is packed with exciting activities for kids, featuring cultural games, imaginative arts and crafts, kid-friendly foods, and many stimulating activities that will provide an awesome experience for your little ones.
The Specialty Drinks & Desserts Village features delicious drinks and desserts from around the world.
Veggie Village is a vegan festival inside the Night Market. This village is truly a plant-based food lover’s dream come true! Meet our vegan artists, performers, and chefs, and experience a diverse array of mouth-watering dishes from across the globe.
The International Beer Village will feature a huge selection of beers from around the world as well as local craft breweries.
The Cultural Games Village promises to be a fun-packed zone featuring festive games from a variety of cultures. No electronics here, but tons of fun!
Our international food villages will include a North, South, Central America & Caribbean Village, a Southeast Asia Village, and a Europe, Middle East & Africa Village.
With a veritable variety of sights and sounds, over 800 delicious food items from around the world, activities for kids, musical & cultural performances, raffles and contests, street performers and tasty authentic cuisine, this event has something for everyone to enjoy. DATE: The Atlanta International Night Market is a 3-day outdoor (tented) festival running from April 21st to April 23rd, 2017. The Night Market is a rain or shine event.
