Fostering Young Global Citizens

Given the current situation across the world, it is more imperative now than ever before to teach our kids about tolerance and friendship. The next generation must learn not only about world history and geography, but also understand diversity and culture. Sucheta Rawal (www.suchetarawal.com), author of “Beato Goes To” (www.beatogoesto.com) series of children’s books on travel and culture, is here to share her tips on how to educate your kids about the world in fun and educational ways by engaging in the local community, doing family-friendly activities, and finding affordable ways to travel. The books takes kids on an adventure around the world through the lens of a traveling cat and teach them important life lessons.
A reception and book signing will follow.
