Opening Reception: Director’s Cut & Ashley Rodgers Burdell

Join us for the opening reception for two exhibitions at Atlanta Photography Group. In the Main Gallery, APG presents “Director’s Cut 2017,” a group exhibition featuring 20 artists who breathe fresh perspectives and a new vitality into traditional photographic genres. Director’s Cut is curated each year by APG executive director Beth Lilly from members’ work presented to APG over the past year. Concurrently in the Ted & Gloria Maloof Gallery, APG presents “Ashley Roberts Burdell: photoSLAM! Columbus Winner” Inspired by 19th century spirit photography, Ms. Burdell explores photography’s ability to distort the truth. Exhibition Dates: June 29 – August 5
