Prohibition in the Park

Heritage Sandy Springs presents an evening in the park to benefit the Sandy Springs Farmers’ Market and the historic resources department. Tickets include 5 craft cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

Heritage Sandy Springs is the city’s only repository for Sandy Springs history, maintaining the historic archives and a 1880s historic farm house. Collecting artifacts for over 30 years, we are in the process of uploading thousands of photographs and family histories online, to be shared through the Georgia Digital Library.

The Sandy Springs Farmers’ Market was founded in 2010 by a group of dedicated volunteers. In 2014 Heritage Sandy Springs assumed management for the Market. As a non-profit our farmers’ market is held primarily for the benefit of local Georgia farmers, which means we must raise the funds to support its operation.
