Shrouded in mystery, Rhye first surfaced setting the Internet abuzz with ambiguous imagery, sophisticatedly sensual music videos, and that voice. Following the runaway online success of two initial singles, the critically acclaimed debut album Woman was released in 2013. Gifted song writing, breathtaking vocals and deft instrumental arrangements combine to create an intoxicating blend of R&B influenced, deeply intimate music making the album a staple for cocktail parties and intimate moments worldwide. Live the music is brought to life by a cast of accomplished multi-instrumentalists, and Rhye has spent the past few performing around the world including appearance at festivals like Coachella and Pitchfork among many others. The band is currently working on new music.
