Ballethnic lends its charismatic blend of African and ballet choreography to Soul Survivors: Determination, a celebration of the soul and R&B music that has inspired the company’s performing artists to do thrilling work over the course of their long careers. They’ll be performing set pieces that form a thread of stories linked by tributes to legendary music stars such as Luther Vandross, James Brown, Natalie Cole, Maurice White, Prince and more. With live accompaniment provided by vocalist Adam L. McKnight and the band Groove Park, you don’t want to miss Ballethnic’s latest.
