It’s time for our annual EGG-Stravaganza, which features a good old fashioned Easter egg hunt, hay rides, pony rides, petting zoo, face painting, home-baked goods, and much more!
Join us Saturday, March 25 from 11a to 4p (Rain or shine) at the horse rescue farm at 1768 Newt Green Road in Cumming, GA for a fun filled day for families to welcome in Spring with opportunities to meet and greet our horses and the animals in the petting zoo such as pigs, goats, sheep, chickens turkeys and ducks. Additionally Rosie, our resident cow, is certain to make an appearance…in costume!
“The goal of this fundraiser is to introduce the public to the farm and our animals while raising funds to continue to feed, rescue, and rehabilitate abandoned, abused and neglected horses. Our mission is to find homes for the horses that we rehabilitate but unfortunately many animals that are older or have medical or behavioral issues remain at the farm. We are a no-kill sanctuary.” Says Cheryl Flanagan, the rescue’s Director.
There is free parking & free admission and all proceeds benefit Save the Horses (Horse Rescue Relief and Retirement Fund.)
