Swim with the Olympians! Swim Across America (SAA) is planning a big splash for the 5th annual Atlanta Open Water Swim at Lake Lanier on Saturday, September 23, 2017. More than 10 Olympians will join regional swimmers for half-mile, 1-mile, 5 K and 2-mile relay options, and an inaugural Duck Splash for less-confident swimmers. SAA unites Olympians, recreational, competitive and master swimmers, kayakers and volunteers all committed to raising funds for Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
The September event will be alive with entertainment, awards, lunch and family-friendly activities including access to Lanier Islands Sunset Cove.
