On Saturday, May 20, NBA legends Dikembe Mutombo and Dale Ellis will lead two teams of former pro basketball stars during a charity basketball game at The Lovett School.
The 3rd Annual Celebrity Basketball Game, made possible through a partnership with Aaron’s, Inc., Breakthrough Atlanta and the National Basketball Retired Players Association, will raise money to help sustain Breakthrough Atlanta’s mission of providing an academically intense six-year path to college for middle school students, and hands-on teaching internships for high school and college students.
A VIP reception will take place before the game from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy food, fun and conversation with the National Basketball Retired Players Association, Atlanta Chapter and some of our guest players. Tickets for this reception are available for purchase and include entry to the reception for two people and two tickets to the game.
