The TEASE: Transatlantic Exhibition of Art in the South East project, will be returning to Atlanta on Friday, September 30, 2016 with another group of German and American artists.

Regine Bechtler, Jochen Pankrath, Jane Allen Nodine and Kati von Schwerin will exhibit their work at the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta along with a selection of paintings from Atlanta-based artist Eric Mack.

Eric Mack is an outstanding painter. He enjoys values such as rigidity which many claim as a stereotype for Germany, where he lived and worked for four years. His work is lively, modern and international. Living abroad made the boy from the South to become a worldly man.

We are honored that Mr. Mack will be representing Atlanta’s art scene at this event.

Another highlight of this year’s exhibition will be a musical program that was written by Kati von Schwerin and will be performed by Gregor McEwan .

Next stop after Atlanta will be Spartanburg, SC, on October 1. Following that, the four artists will travel to Charlotte, NC where they will exhibit their artwork October 3. Last stop of this year’s TEASE tour will be Raleigh, NC, October 5.

Prior to the exhibition, join us for a roundtable discussion with the artists looking at “Transatlantic Conversation on Contemporary Art.”
