Action Cycling Atlanta’s Field Day 2019

Action Cycling Atlanta (ACA), Atlanta’s leading all-volunteer nonprofit dedicated to ending HIV/AIDS through sporting fundraisers, will host its second annual Field Day on April 6, 2019 at Emory University to raise funds for HIV/AIDS vaccine research and improve the quality of life for children impacted by HIV/AIDS in the Atlanta area. All proceeds from the event will go toward Atlanta-based Hearts Everywhere Reaching Out for Children, Inc. (H.E.R.O.) as well as ACA’s efforts to fund HIV/AIDS vaccine research, education and prevention.

Throughout the beautiful spring day, teams of eight or more friends, co-workers and families will compete in classic, schoolyard games such as three-legged races, hula hoop contests, tug-of-war, burlap sack races, wheelbarrow races, balloon tosses and more. Each team member will be provided with a team t-shirt for the event. Teams can accumulate points by fundraising and winning games throughout the event for the chance to win the Field Day championship title.
