We proudly present this groundbreaking exhibition of multi-media assemblages by artistic titan, Bernie Taupin. Best known as the greatest lyricist of the 20th century – and writer of almost every Elton John hit in history, Taupin has, in recent years, gained immense acclaim for his complex configurations of imagery, found objects and text that create pieces which are as much cultural artifacts as works of art. The art world has taken note. This exhibition coincides with the final performances of Elton John’s “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour, to take place in Atlanta on November 1st and 2nd. Two iconic creative forces with deep connections to Atlanta spread their stardust over our city, transforming it into an ultra-world of kaleidoscopic creativity. Savor it with us! This exhibition opens to the public on Friday, October 25th, and runs through the end of November.
