Our mission at Blossom is to:
- Fund and distribute content intended for women of color created by women filmmakers and storytellers.
- Grow a community of content creators, disruptors, #girlbosses and the men that love us as we work to curate and deliver video content that serves women of color.
- Partner with startups, corporations, and organizations to serve diverse communities and ensure inclusivity and representation for women of color in media.
- Be a leader in developing a diverse workforce in digital, tv and film by funding fellowships, hosting programs and production assistantships.
