Book Signing :: Making Sense of Nonsense: The Logical Bridge Between Science & Spirituality

Meet Award-Winning Author, World-Renowned Scholar and Researcher, Dr. Raymond Moody, MD, PhD –known as the “Father of the Near-Death Experience,” by The New York Times; a recipient of Denmark’s 1988 World Humanitarian Award –during his book signing, at the Hoot Owl Attic on Sunday, the 9th of February between 2:00 –to 4:00 pm.

Dr. Moody’s one-hour talk will include: How the use of nonsensical words and phrases connect us to our 6th sense, artistic and psychic abilities;  how nonsense transcends classical true/false logic, opening the doorway to new spiritual and philosophical breakthroughs and how engaging with nonsense can help you on your own spiritual path. Dr. Moody will reference dozens of examples from literature, comedy, music, and the history of religion –highlighting some of the unique and new approaches to the mysteries of the human spirit.

Dr. Moody’s new book will be available for sale.

Admission is free.

One-hour talk starts at 2:00 pm, followed by light refreshments.

ABOUT Dr. Moody, MD, PhD.: World renowned for his work with the near-death experience, Dr. Raymond A. Moody’s first book LIFE AFTER LIFE, published in 1975, has sold 20 million copies around the world. Educated in ancient philosophy as well as medicine, Dr. Moody also worked as a psychiatrist for a number of years and was coined by The New York Times as the “father” of the modern NDE (Near Death Experience) Movement.
