Family-style Dinner: Cider braised pork pot roast with potato, carrot, onion, pickled mustard seeds; cornmeal crusted catfish with Carolina gold rice, greens, lump crab etouffee;
Bourbon flight: Basil Hayden, Calumet, Wathen’s
Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding;
