National Spanish Paella Day takes one day out of each year to celebrate that delicious, rice-based staple of Spanish cuisine. This year, Bulla Gastrobar is commemorating the occasion with a Paella Day Celebration on Tuesday, March 27. Guests are invited to gather on the patio and watch as Bulla’s chefs prepare a large paella over an open flame during happy hour (5-7 p.m.). Complimentary samples will be served, and one lucky guest will also win a $50 gift card. And the celebration doesn’t end there—Bulla bartenders are serving $5 red sangrias all day!
