Spend a night wining and dining the Spanish way! Join Cooks & Soldiers on Thursday, June 1 for a four-course dinner inspired by the wines of Castilla y Leon. Wine connoisseurs Eleonora Infuso of Menade and Tim Willard of European Cellars will be on-site to present the wines, and teach guests the details of the climate, geology, farming, and winemaking practices that make the wines so notable.
