Cheers for Change is a fundraiser for Central Outreach and Advocacy Center. Our mission is to open doors to overcome and prevent homelessness. Many of the guests we serve don’t have any form of identification and obtaining proper forms of ID takes a lot of time and effort. Having an ID allows for the guests to get services they need and qualify for but cannot obtain without an ID.
