On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, food writer and photographer Chris Watkins will roll up his sleeves alongside Davio’s Executive Chef Matthew Rosekrans to prepare one of Chef Rosekrans’ favorite dishes, a Penne Applewood Smoked Chicken, served with sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts and cream. From 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 100% of sales from Chef Rosekrans’ signature dish will be donated to Doggies on the Catwalk/Canine Assistants.
