Dinner, Movie and a Tour: “A League of Their Own”

Free + Open to the public | No reservations required

Founded in 1943, the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGBL) was a response to World War II sending men overseas, many of whom would have been of the age to be recruited as baseball players. “A League of Their Own” follows The Rockford Peaches, based on real-life players. Directed by Penny Marshall, starring Geena Davis, Tom Hanks, Lori Petty, and Madonna.

Join the Museum of History and Holocaust Education for the spring 2018 installment in our Dinner, Movie & a Tour series. The MHHE will be open for tours preceding the movie and a pizza dinner will be served.
