It’s that time of year again – the annual Taste of Atlanta food, wine, beer and cocktail festival is back! This year, join the Hyatt Regency Atlanta’s signature restaurant, Polaris, for the VIP Grand Tasting Experience on Sunday, October 23.
Polaris’ menu, prepared by Chef Rodney Ashley, will include roasted butternut squash hummus, garlic ciabatta, a goat cheese cloud and a mini Steak Oscar. In addition, Chef Rodney will offer a signature Polaris dessert, the Polaris Dome, a flourless chocolate cake paired with fair trade chocolate mousse and rooftop honey caramel.
