Father’s Day at The Capital Grille

In honor of the occasion, The Capital Grille will be offering guests the Bone-In Tomahawk Ribeye, a generous offer only available by request. Guests can also choose from favorite menu items like the Chilean Sea Bass, Seared Tenderloin with Butter Poached Lobster Tails or the Bone-In Kona Crusted Dry Aged NY Strip with Shallot Butter, among many others.
In addition to the exceptional culinary offerings, the award-winning wine list will serve as the perfect excuse to raise a glass in honor of Dad. The Capital Grille’s Advanced Sommelier, Brian Phillips, recommends pairing the Bone-In Tomahawk with the Honig, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon. Top off the Father’s Day celebration by enjoying a decadent dessert, including the Classic Crème Brûlée, or the Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake.
