February Atlanta Tax Forum

Chamberlain Hrdlicka announces that its Atlanta office will host its Tax Forum at the Cobb Galleria on Thursday, February 16 from 7:15 to 9:00 a.m EST. Shareholder J. Scot Kirkpatrick will lead the forum with the help of attorneys Courtney H. Moore and Christopher A. Steele. The presentation will address the current state of estate tax proposals and will provide important information to assist the attendees in making decisions regarding estate planning in the New Year. Kirkpatrick, Moore and Steel will address the many uncertainties in estate tax proposals, including the Section 2704 regulations, the proposed capital gains substitute for estate tax and the inconsistent gift tax references.
