EVENT: Finnegan’s Farewell Mystery Dinner Theatre on March 18th, presented by the North Georgia Players
If you need a fun night out, enjoy a lot of action and singing, then you’ll enjoy this comedy set at a funeral wake, complete with Irish dancing, singing and music. It’s the best of a whodunit, comedy and mystery all rolled into one!
THE PLOT:
The audience has come to say goodbye to Patrick James Finnegan, a mailman who won 2.5 million dollars playing the slots at Atlantic City and then promptly dropped dead. As his contentious family gets more and more distraught during this memorable event, a fight erupts over opening the casket. As Father Seamus presides over the funeral service, we are treated to eulogies, sing alongs and a missing corpse!
Now in its 16th year, the North Georgia Community Players looks forward to bringing this show to you on St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
