The Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential invites community leaders across all sectors — nonprofit, government, education, business, and faith communities, as well as parents and young people from Fulton County for a Breakfast Brainstorm around the health, emotional, and social well-being of young people.
We believe in the power of community! GCAPP partners with communities to address health disparities and improve the overall health and well-being of young people in Georgia. Community Conversations are designed to assemble leaders for an opportunity to identify emerging issues and work toward creative solutions together to improve health outcomes for adolescents in our state.
