Alpharetta’s favorite neighborhood gathering spot, Marlow’s Tavern, is providing chef-crafted tavern fare at a rare four-course beer dinner with small-scale brewery, Abbey of the Holy Goats.
Nestled in the heart of Historic Roswell, The Abbey was founded by a former nun with a passion for both beer and goats. The brewery creates beer that is meant to be paired with good company and great food, which made this dinner a must-do for the Marlow’s team.
The menu features the following:
- Winter salad paired with Goats of the First Order
- Seared duck breast paired with The Unholy Goat
- Seared diver scallops paired with Goats in the Garden
- Pork tenderloin paired with The Goat’s Obsession
