Local not-for-profit, Hillside, is proud to host a Low Country Boil for neighbors and supporters at its Morningside Campus this October. Hillside is the leading mental health facility for young people in Georgia and aim to provide the Morningside neighborhood with a community event that brings friends and neighbors together for food and fun.
The event committee, comprised of Hillside staff and neighbors, is planning a delicious menu and interactive art exhibit highlighting their mental health services. CEO Emily Acker comments “The Hillside campus is in the heart of Morningside but relatively few neighbors know about Hillside’s work. We’d like to invite them to become a part of our community.”

Last year, Hillside supported over 700 children and their families, as a not-for-profit facility, Hillside relies on generous philanthropic support from individuals, families, corporations and foundations.
