Jazz Masters: Ramsey Lewis, Jimmy Cobb, Richard Davis, and Lou Donaldson

Being named a National Endowment for the Arts “Jazz Master” is among the highest honors musicians can receive, so this is not your ordinary “all-star” concert. Uniting pianist Ramsey Lewis (with over 80 albums, seven gold records, and three Grammy Awards under his belt); Miles Davis protégé and phenomenal drummer Jimmy Cobb (who performed on the best-selling jazz recording ever, Kind of Blue); renowned saxophonist Lou Donaldson (an inductee of the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame); and versatile double bassist Richard Davis (named best bassist in the world from 1967-74 by Down Beat International), this is an evening of jazz you cannot miss.
