WHAT:
The Neighborhood Jazz Series, which is a part of The Atlanta Jazz Festival 31 Days of Jazz celebration, takes place at various City of Atlanta parks every Saturday and Sunday throughout the month of May leading up to the annual Atlanta Jazz Festival.
Each concert is hosted by a different City of Atlanta Councilmember and is family-friendly and FREE to the public.
This event is being presented by Councilmember Marci Collier Overstreet on Sunday, May 13 at John A White Park from 4 – 8 p.m., with performances by EQ and Brenda Nicole Moorer.

Ernest Quarles is a producer, composer, self-taught musician and recording artist specializing in R&B and soul music.
Brenda Nicole Moorer, named the 2017 “Best Soul & Jazz vocalist” by Creative Loafing Atlanta, specializes in blending folk, soul and jazz.
