WHAT:
The Neighborhood Jazz Series, which is part of The Atlanta Jazz Festival’s 31 Days of Jazz celebration, takes place at various City of Atlanta parks on select Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month of May leading up to the annual Atlanta Jazz Festival on Memorial Day Weekend. Each concert is hosted by a different City of Atlanta Councilmember and is family-friendly and FREE to the public.
This Neighborhood Jazz Series event will be presented by Councilmember Marci Collier Overstreet and Councilmember Andrea L. Boone on Saturday, May 18 at John A. White Park from 4 – 8 p.m.

Distilled Butter Band, which offers a diverse and unique set that combines old school R&B and contemporary jazz for an electric sound.
Brenda Nicole Moorer, named the 2017 “Best Soul & Jazz vocalist” by Creative Loafing Atlanta, who specializes in blending folk, soul and jazz.
