Actors drop in to a collaborative, group environment to work on any material they choose. Open Mic gives creative space to the actor who wants to express themselves, get feedback, and grow consistently. Actors are encouraged to bring in scenes or monologues they are working on OR Joe will provide something to work on: from cold reads to improv games. Actors can use their time for critical feedback about positioning within the industry, getting a better understanding of how they’re seen in the eyes of the unbiased public. THE TWIST: a winner will be selected weekly, winning back their $20 drop in fee. Winners will be invited back to compete in a BATTLE ROYALE: where they will perform in front of a panel of industry pros. A grand prize winner will be selected by the panel! Ages 21+
