On Sunday, May 5th, guests will join together for a Sunday afternoon picnic to benefit the 10th Anniversary of Wholesome Wave Georgia. Some of Atlanta’s favorite chefs and restaurants will curate gourmet picnic baskets to be shared among guests as they dine al fresco while enjoying beer and wine, live music, frozen treats, family-friendly activities, and the beautiful scenery of Atlanta’s Adair Park I. Tickets are $40 for a two-person picnic basket and $75 for a four-person basket and will be available for purchase at www.wholesomewavegeorgia.org/picnic.

This annual, sold-out event aims to raise funds for and awareness of Wholesome Wave Georgia — a nonprofit that makes fresh food more affordable to Georgia families experiencing food insecurity through partnerships with local farms, markets, and healthcare organizations. They also drive dollars back into our local economy — more than $2.5 million since 2009. Tickets go on sale March 15.
