Positive Impact Health Centers (PIHC) makes their Decatur event debut with a World AIDS Day community fair on Friday, December 1, 2017, from 12 p.m. to 2p.m. at their new location 523 Church Street. The event will include free and confidential HIV testing, information tables regarding the agency’s services, carnival games with prizes, music, food, giveaways and more. Representative Park Cannon will be in attendance to help bring awareness to HIV/AIDS in Atlanta and World AIDS Day.
