Your morning will include an equipment-free workout with Aska, a personal trainer, as she guides you through a basic workout and teaches proper body mechanics in a friendly environment… you’ll be equipped to feel confident working out without stepping foot in the gym! Tiffiney, a certified health coach, will then educate you on six reasons why diets don’t work and how meal planning can help you ditch the diet… you’ll leave with your very own meal plan for the month! The day will close with motivator and speaker, Nichelle Walker, who will empower you to get clear about what you want out of life… you’ll leave feeling realigned with your purpose and passion!
