Slow Food Atlanta’s 12 Annual Ice Cream Social

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! It’s that time of year for Atlanta’s coolest and sweetest summer tradition: Slow Food Atlanta’s 12th Annual Ice Cream Social. A collaboration with Peachtree Road Farmers Market, this year’s event will take place on Saturday, August 11, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. inside Child Hall at The Cathedral of St. Philip. Cool down and vote on your favorite ice cream flavor created by local chefs and ambitious amateurs – all partnering with local farmers to bring fresh, summer ingredients into every spoonful. Advance tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for children (5+) and at the door adult tickets are $25 and children $10. Includes an all-access pass to samples. B.Y.O.S. – bring your own spoon!
