Recess executive chef & all-star Victoria Shore launches the next installment of her Sunday Supper series offering an intimate, three-course vegetarian dinner at the Recess Bar (vegan & gluten-free options available too). Shore’s menu features a healthy spin on the “Gullah traditions of the southern lowlands” with Gullah caviar (GF and V), braised bok choy or west African peanut stew, butter lettuce panna cotta with pear chips & hot honey, squash crème brulee with almond tuille & more.
