WHAT: The St. Regis Atlanta’s Executive Chef Joseph Trevino and his team will add gastronomic delights to holiday celebrations with an offer of spectacular Thanksgiving dining this year. The bountiful Thanksgiving Buffet in the property’s Astor Court is offered on Thursday, November 24 during two seatings – 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The menu is comprised of:
- Belgian waffles with chocolate sauce, berry compote, strawberries, banana bourbon caramel, vanilla whipped cream, and Vermont maple syrup
- Buttermilk biscuits with creamy sausage gravy or peach preserves
- Seafood display with oysters, Alaskan King crab legs, shrimp, and mussels
- Assorted maki rolls and nigiri
- Imported and domestic caviar with traditional accompaniments
- Assorted salads and soups
- A carvery station with Peppercorn crusted prime ribeye and carved organic turkey
- Variety of desserts including sweet potato cheesecake, pear and almond tart, and pumpkin pie macarons
The delightful brunch will be accompanied by musical delights from the Joe Grandsen Trio. The hotel will have babysitters available for the day, as well as movies and arts and crafts to keep children happily engaged.

COST: $125 per person for adults, $75 per person for children between the ages of eight and 12 years old, and $59 per person for children between the ages of four and seven years old. Children three and under dine at no charge.
