his is our third annual event where we present a spirit award stipend to a woman in need worth up to $10,000. This year we are fortunate enough to award 7 deserving women with “a hand up, not a handout so that they can live with independence and dignity.” We will also feature a live auction, the event will be emceed by comedian Jerry Farber along with musical entertainment and auctioneer Dan Crownover. We will have several James Beard Award-nominated Atlanta restaurants including TWO Urban Licks and One Midtown Kitchen provide catering and we will also recognize a Son and Daughter of Distinction.
