Each of these playwrights have their own style and unique approach to telling stories. The productions range from the Chicago-born conscious commentary of Durrell Daniels in When The Cats Come to the Bahamian back-country boisterousness of Keturah Miller in The Curse.
Kiara Iman offers aspirational and unexpected interludes with her Mid-western manifesto of musical prose in Exodus while Oklahoma born Mia Walters gives audiences an unfiltered review of reality built around the story of Tulsa’s Black Wall Street in Deep Greenwood.
