About Robert Cray

Hailing originally from Columbus Georgia, Robert Cray admired the blues greats – Albery Collins, Feddy King and Muddy Waters.  In the late 70’s he formed The Robert Cray Band and has been forging his unique sound of blues fused with soul, rock, jazz and gospel ever since. During his career he has been awarded five Grammy Awards and has more than 23 albums to his name. He has played with Eric Clapton, John Lee Hooker, Buddy Guy, Jimmy Vaugn and Stevie Ray Vaughn.

About Marc Cohn 

This Grammy Award winning American folk rock singer-songwriter and musician is best known for his hit song “Walking in Memphis.” Cohen has eight album credits and in 1992 won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist which also featured nominees Boyz II Men and Seal.

About Blind Boys of Alabama

Hailed as the “gospel titans” by Rolling Stone, the Blind Boys formed more than 7 decades ago at the Alabama Institute of the Negro Blind when the members were all children. Praised by NPR as pioneers, their music delivers thrilling vocal harmonies and roof-raising live shows. They have been awarded five Grammy Awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award and have been inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. They have collaborated with a variety of artists including Mavis Staples, Stevie Wonder, Lou Reed and Prince.

Her voice is capable of being sultry, assertive and roaring and delivers every song with unparalleled honesty and passion.
