WHAT: This year, The St. Regis Atlanta will implement a new Christmas tradition, with the inaugural St. Regis Christmas Day Experience, a brunch unlike any other in Atlanta.
The lineup will consist of bountiful fare prepared by Chef Joseph Trevino, special drinks, a musical performance by the Joe Grandsen six-piece band, and a few special guests and entertainers to accompany the unique holiday brunch experience, such as silk aerialists, sugar plum fairy ballerinas, and toy soldier stilt walkers. Engaging kid’s activities will also be provided during the brunch, such as a visit from Santa, arts and crafts, and a movie.
The buffet will have two seatings on Sunday, December 25 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The 11 a.m. seating is priced at $155 per adult (alcohol cannot be served till 12:30 p.m. on Sundays), and the 2 p.m. seating is $185 per adult. The 2 p.m. seating will also feature a full bar and luxurious champagne bar. Pricing is $75 for children eight to 12 years old and $59 for those four to seven years old. Children three and under dine at no charge.
The menu is comprised of:
- Eggs benedict station
- Omelet station with eggs to order
- Waffle and crepe station; toppings to include bourbon caramel sauce, caramelized apples, marshmallow cream, Nutella, strawberries, toffee pieces, warm cherries jubilee, and more
- Individual soups and salad selections
- Sushi station with chef prepared Maki with crab, Nigiri with tuna, salmon, saltwater eel, spicy tuna, tamago, and the freshest sashimi selections of the season
- Seafood display with Alaskan King crab legs, mussels, shrimp, and shucked to order oysters
- Imported and domestic caviar with traditional accompaniments
- Chef’s small plates station with seared Foie gras and sole meuniere
- Carvery station with carved organic turkey, carved spiral Nueski ham, and pastry wrapped beef wellington
- Variety of desserts and a chocolate decadence station
