Tillamook Presents: A Celebration of Pimento Cheese

Tillamook, the farmer-owned dairy brand from Oregon, has expanded east and their naturally aged cheddars and premium ice creams are now available in the Atlanta area!

To share their award-winning products with food lovers from coast to coast, Tillamook created the Melty Fest Tour, a series of events in partnership with local chefs and food pros, offering custom bites that are special to each city.

To celebrate Atlanta and the culinary greatness of the American Southeast, Tillamook is teaming up with the dynamic brother-and-sister duo Howard and Anita Hsu of Sweet Auburn Barbecue plus a roster of Atlanta’s most talented chefs to showcase and celebrate Southern staple pimento cheese in just about every way imaginable – from the Hsu family’s famed pimento cheese wonton that blends their Malaysian-Chinese roots with their southern upbringing, to the pimento cheese creations of Atlanta’s top chefs:

  • Ford Fry ((King & Duke)
  • Suzanne Vizethann (Buttermilk Kitchen)
  • Joey Ward & Spencer Gomez (Southern Belle)
  • Howard & Anita Hsu (Sweet Auburn Barbecue)
  • Ron Hsu (Lazy Betty)
  • Guest Bartender: Miles MacQuarrie (Kimball House and Watchman’s)

Tickets are limited, so be sure to get yours today. Share your favorite bites on social by tagging @sweetauburnbbq and @Tillamook and using #MeltyFest. We hope to see you there, but if you can’t make it find Tillamook on shelves at Publix, Kroger and Target.

About Melty Fest: From a Juicy Lucy Celebration in Minneapolis to a lakeside feast in North Carolina, the Tillamook Melty Fest Tour is traversing America visiting new cities and partnering with old friends to create custom, delicious experiences that celebrate all the culinary richness that America has to offer.
