          Atlanta locals and visitors alike are invited to enjoy an extravagant three-course menu this New Year’s Eve at ROOM at TWELVE Centennial Park. For the first course, guests can choose a Red Wine Poached Pear Salad, Seafood Chowder or Chirashi Sashimi Bowl. For the second course, revelers can enjoy a Braised Pork Shank with Roasted Parsnips, Pesto Mashed Potatoes, an Natural Jus; a grilled 16 ounce New York Strip with Truffle Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes, Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms, Sunchokes, and a Huckleberry Demi; a Crab Stuffed Lemon Sole with Ratatouille Vegetable, Match Stick Potatoes, and Caper Brown Butter; or a 7 ounce Oscar Style Filet with Roasted Asparagus and Scalloped Potatoes. For dessert, guests can end their meal with a Flourless Chocolate Cake with Fresh Berries, Coffee Ice Cream; a Fruit Tart with Pastry Cream and Seasonal Fruit; or Cheesecake with Chantilly Cream and a Strawberry Sauce. With seatings from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., guests can enjoy ROOM’s three-course New Year’s Eve menu for $60 per person, tax and gratuity not included.  Providing the essentials to welcome 2018, ROOM will also have party hats, noisemakers, a complimentary champagne toast at midnight and more to make this New Year’s celebration one to remember.
